New Menu

We have just appointed Francesco Armillis as Executive Chef.

Francesco was born in Naples and studied at the famous Calvacanti school of hospitality where he won many awards. He has travelled extensively throughout Europe and is now a resident and citizen of Australia

he has created our new menu for the spring season which has just been completed. We are sure you will enjoy it very much
